PEVIERE is a brand of Peviere Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.

We sell luxury skincare, including EverGlow™ Anti-Ageing Peptide Serum (30ml). Products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

We take care to describe our products and ingredients accurately. Photography is illustrative and colour, packaging and batch appearance may vary slightly. Product information is not medical advice.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. EverGlow™ Anti-Ageing Peptide Serum is priced at £80 for 30ml. Delivery costs, where applicable, are displayed before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, any price change will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out you are directed to Stripe’s secure checkout, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by us.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been processed successfully. Please keep it for your records and quote it in any correspondence.

UK orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery follows the service selected at checkout.

Overseas orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the destination. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

For orders delivered outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local taxes and other charges applied by the destination country. Where these apply, they are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

We accept eligible returns of products that remain unopened and sealed. Because EverGlow is a cosmetic product, opened or unsealed items may not be eligible for return where the applicable health and hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Please contact contact@peviere.co before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and give you return instructions.

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain sealed cosmetic products that have been opened are excepted for health and hygiene reasons. We do not seek to override any statutory cancellation right that applies to your order.

Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law and are made to the original payment method. For eligible change-of-mind returns you may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage where permitted by law. Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact contact@peviere.co as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please read the packaging before use and patch test if you have sensitive skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and store away from direct sunlight. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, seek professional advice before use.

The PEVIERE name, logo, product names, imagery, text and design are owned by or licensed to Peviere Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights in relation to faulty products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or interruptions to supply. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
